The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the 2’^^ respondent had filed two suits i.e., OS.Nos.36 of 2023 and 37 of 2023 and same are also pending adjudication before the competent courts, that after registration of the file of Banaganapalle Police Station have altered the provision of law by incorporating Sections 4.
