The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue an order or direction commanding the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to pass appropriate order for implementation of its own order dated 08.08.2024 passed in Regular Suit No. 409 of 2022 (Ashwini Kumar Singh Versus Smt. Unnati Singh and another) under Section 25 of the Guardianship and Ward Act, 1890 on the application dated 09.12.2024 after preponing the date fixed in the case. " 2. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an application for early hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with law. If the application under Section 25 is still pending, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months.
