This Petition has been filed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging wilful disobedience of an order dated 14.05.2024, passed in WPMS No.1534 of 2023. The paragraph no.8 of the order dated 14.05.2024, passed in the said writ petition and connected writ petitions, is reproduced here under:- “8. Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of by permitting the petitioners to make representation(s), within two weeks from today, and if such a representation is made within stipulated time, the Competent Authority in the respondent- department shall take decision thereupon as early as possible as but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation 2025:UHC:2286 along with certified copy of this order.” 3. Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate, submitted that the petitioners have received all the entire payments. Therefore, the present Contempt Petition has become infructuous. 4.
