The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a direction to the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court Room No. 38 Sultanpur, to consider and decide the petitioners original suit no. 2105/2018- Ram Chandra Tiwari Versus Ramphear and others, which is pending for order." 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are not appearing despite the service of notice. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal and for ex-parte decree. In case, such application is filed, the same shall be considered and suitable order shall be passed expeditiously and in accordance with law.
