This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certioari to quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 02.07.2019 lodged by the opposite party no.3 in Case Crime No.366/2019, under Sections 147, 353 I.P.C., at Police Station Kakori, District Lucknow as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition". Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating OfÏcer. Since the charge-sheet has been prepared by the Investigating OfÏcer, it is presumed that sufÏcient evidence has been collected and filed with the Charge-sheet before the Trial Court for its evaluation, therefore, this Court feels it to be inappropriate to interfere at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Competent Court for raising their challenge to the Charge-sheet.
