Yanthan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner, namely, Sri Akshay Ghosh @Bishal Dey, was granted interim bail, by this Court on 06.05.2025 and in pursuant to Page No.# 2/2 the directions of this Court, the petitioner, namely, Sri Akshay Ghosh @Bishal Dey, has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co- operated in the investigation. 2. Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam has produced the Case Diary of Biswanath (Charali) P.S. Case No. 48/2025 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of the BNSS, 2023 has been recorded. 3. As the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court, and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him, by order dated 06.05.2025, is hereby made absolute, with condition Nos. (i) and (ii) attached to the said order remaining intact. 4. Send back the Case Diary. 5. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
