Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 22.05.2019 in IA No.1 of 2019, the Petitioner attained the 2 age of superannuation after completing 60 years and that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 3.
