This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue rule nishi against the respondents and sought reliefs which are indicated in the prayer column. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners, Mr. A. Therefore, keeping in view the submission which is made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and even though learned senior counsel, Mr. M. Hemchandra stoutly resisted, it is deemed appropriate that the present writ petition is closed as infructuous. JUDGE CHIEF JUSTICE Sandeep
