With the consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are engaging the attention (after the order of transfer), therefore, before the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Rudauli District Ayodhya and it is prayed that ends of justice can be met, in case, if the said proceedings are expedited and can be decided within a period of five months. Considering the consensus arrived at between the parties needless to say that any mutation proceedings which are of summary nature would be decided expeditiously, accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Tehsildar (Judicial) Rudauli District Ayodhya to decide the mutation case after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties preferably within a period of five months from the date a of copy of this order is placed before the authority concerned. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
