Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A., who appears for the State-respondents. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed with the following relief(s): "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned first information report dated 09/01/2025 lodged at F.I.R No. 0022/2025 under section 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 351 (3), 109 B.N.S Police Station Kotwali Nager District Sultanpur contained in (Annexure No. 1) to the writ petition. II. It is the case of the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated by the impugned F.I.R. only on the basis of long running enmity and rivalry. 4. It has been submitted that the victim has been medically examined by the Medical Examination Officer, District Sultanpur and all injuries are simple in nature, except injury No.1. He has filed a copy of the injury report as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition. 5. We have gone through the impugned F.I.R., wherein detailed mention has been made regarding the attack on the victim, wherein it has been stated that the informant's husband was hit on the head, as a result whereof, he has started vomiting. There were other injuries as well. 6. We have also gone through the Medico Legal Examination report. A copy of which has already been filed as Annexure No.2. From the same it is evident that injury No.1 is on the laceration on occipital region on the head of the victim. 7. We find no good ground to show interference, as cognizable offence is made out on the bare perusal of the F.I.R. and the injury report. 8. The writ petition stands dismissed.
