The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kunda, District-Pratapgarh to decide the temporary injunction application Under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C. filed in Original Suit No. 521 of 2024 "Rakesh Kumar Versus Vijay Kumar and others" pending before him since 18.05.2024 filed by petitioner expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
