It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Field Worker under Chief Medical Officer, Siddhartha Nagar where by means of order dated 9.11.2024 the petitioner was attached to Prayagraj Kumbhmela. It has been submitted that while working in Kumbhmela the health of the petitioner suddenly deteriorated on account of which he made a representation to the Director General, Medical and Health Services for sending him back to his place of posting and to annul the attachment. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case opposite party No.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024, as contained in Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 4. Learned State counsel does not object to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner. 5. In light of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to opposite party No.2 i.e. Director General, Medical and Health Services, Lucknow to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024, as contained in Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, expeditiously, say within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
