Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Pass an appropriate order or direction thereby directing the Presiding OfÏcer, Commercial Court No. 2, Commercial Court, Lucknow, the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Civil Suit No. 203 of 2023 (M/S S.S. Traders Vs. M/S Rudraksha Pharma) under Section 2(1)(c) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 expeditiously within stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
