Application for amendment filed today in the Court by learned Counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. 3. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner/applicant seeking amendment in the prayer clause of the writ petition. 4. The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of the amendment application is sufficient. 5. In view thereof, the present application is allowed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary amendments in the writ petition during the course of the day. (Order on Memo of Petition) 1. Heard. 2. This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned orders dated 27.02.2024 and 30.09.2024 passed by the opposite party No.2 after summoning the same from its custodian. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially the opposite party No.1 and 2 to not include the property society namely, Dr. Pushpendra Singh Smarak Shikshan Prashikshan Prasar Smiti, Village Ghatampur Post Paschim Dwara, District-Amethi as well as institution namely-Dr. Pushpendra Singh Smarak Post Graduate Mahavidyalaya, Ghatampur, District-Amethi in the individual income of the petitioner in the vigilance inquiry initiated against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. (iii) To issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) To award the cost of this petition in favour of the petitioner. (v) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned order dated 30.09.2024 passed by the opposite party No.2." 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that sole grievance of the petitioner is that though a notice dated 30.09.2024 has been given to him for his appearance before Office of Uttar Pradesh Vigilance Department Sector Ayodhya on 05.10.2024 i.e. before the respondent No.2 and the petitioner is ready and willing to appear and give his statement but the same is not been recorded. 4. In view of the above, it is provided that the petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 on 27.01.2025 at 11:00 A.M. and on the said date, the respondent No.2 shall ensure that the statement of the petitioner be recorded. 5. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the petition stands disposed off.
