Issue writ order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the Opposite party no.2 to decide the representation of the Petitioner given to the Superintendent of the Police Sultanpur on 27.11.2024 (Contained as Annexure No.3) within time specified by this Hon'ble Court." After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. Instructions are kept on record.
