Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the accused petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2) The petitioner, earlier on two occasions have filed bail applications in Bongaigaon GRPS Case No. 87/2024, being B.A. Nos. 3197/2024 and 370/2025 that were rejected by the Page No.# 2/2 Court; though, the petitioner did not state about such bail applications being moved by him earlier before this Court in the present petition. 3) However, we noticed that on both the occasions, there were different counsels. 4) Mr. F. K. R. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the two previous bail applications and that he is not pressing this bail application; to which, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 5) Accordingly, this bail application, being not pressed, stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
