In pursuance to the order dated 21.01.2025, Shri Manav Rathore, Advocate holding brief of Shri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the respondent(s)-Corporation informs that against the termination order dated 22.10.2011, the petitioner had preferred a representation which was treated as appeal and the appeal has been rejected vide order dated 08.07.2020 as specifically indicated in the order impugned dated 23.11.2024. The copy of the order dated 08.07.2020 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the instant petition be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the order dated 08.07.2020 before the appropriate Court in appropriate proceedings.
