The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 3 i.e. District Magistrate, Barabanki, District-Barabanki to dispose of the objection which has been filed by the petitioner which is pending before him, as contained in Annexure No. 2 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. 3. The counsel for the respondents states that the shop in question has already been allotted to the respondents. 4. In view thereof, no orders are required to be passed. 5. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail such remedy as may be advised under law.
