JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 20/05/2025 This PIL writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 02.01.2025 whereby the respondent- UIT has allotted the land for mechanized transfer station for solid waste disposal. We have gone through the writ petition, the petitioners have failed to show violation of any Act/Rule by the UIT in allotting the land for the said purpose.
