In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties no.2 and 3 stand dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Deputy Registrar not to pass any final order in File No.I-97003, Registration No.4903/1988-1989 concerning to the Institution namely Darululoom Ahlesunnat Bahrululoom, Pipri Kolhui, Balrampur without deciding objection dated 01.10.2024 filed by respondent against the reply dated 18.09.2024 filed by opposite party no.3. 4. It has been submitted that despite the fact that the aforesaid objections has been filed and are pending consideration, the same have not yet been decided despite almost three months having passed. 5. From the record, it appears that the proceedings are still pending consideration before authority concerned without passing of any final order and therefore it cannot be assumed that the Deputy Registrar would pass an order without deciding objections preferred by petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts that no final order has been passed till date, the Deputy Registrar definitely would pass appropriate orders on the objections dated 01.10.2024 in case the same are maintainable and are pending before the authority concerned. 7. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
