Ruma Kashyap Versus Smt. Anjul Verma & Others, filed by the petitioner with in a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
