State of U.P. and others" pending before the Learned Additional Commissioner Food (Upayukta Khadya) Devi Patan Mandal Gonda, Under Section-13 (3) Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Rules 2016, expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition.
