Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the police to ensure that ingress and egress to the pathway are provided.
2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Gram Panchayat submits that the matter pertains to the jurisdiction of the Gram Panchayat and that a suit is already pending. It is further submitted that the parties are at liberty to redress their grievance before the appropriate authority.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
