No. 5 of 2024) It is informed that the petitioner has died during pendency of the petition. This substitution application has been filed on account of death of the sole petitioner. On due consideration, the application for substitution is allowed. Let the necessary incorporation be done by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. Order on the main petition The petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29.01.2019 whereby the appellate court had affected the order of injunction passed by the trial court. When the petition was entertained this Court had passed an order on 07.03.2019 directing the parties to maintain status quo and further the parties were restrained from creating any third party rights. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2011 being Regular Suit No. 780 of 2011, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the suit with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Interim order passed by this Court shall continue till the of disposal of Regular Suit No. 780 of 2011 by the trial court..
