He further submits that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Hira Lal v. State of Chhattisgarh and Others (WPS No. 721/2016), decided on 06.01.2021. Therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the said order. 3) Taking into consideration the submissions made by counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as the order passed in WPS No. 721/2016. 4) A copy of the said order shall be part of this order.
