Pandey, learned Senior Advocate and Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Mr. Varun Pandey appearing for the Union of India has written instructions to inform the Court the Dominican Republic has been included in the designated portal of opposite party no. 2 to facilitate the proceedings for adoption, etc. The written instructions have been placed before the Court which are taken on record. 4.
