Shri Vaibhav Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain typographical errors and he wishes to withdraw this writ petition. Shri Asutosh Dixit, learned counsel appears for opposite party no.6 and Shri Tungesh Pandey, learned counsel appears on behalf of opposite party no.7. They have no objection in withdrawal of the writ petition. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one.
