From the perusal of the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2014, it appears that as many as five issues were framed and after recording findings of fact after appreciation of evidence, the suit was decreed. 4. No reason appears to interfere in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed.
