Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the 3rd respondent herein were arraigned as A.1, A.3, A.9 and A.2 in C.C. No.88 of 2019 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Piduguralla, for the offence allegedly committed by the petitioners and the 3rd respondent under Sections 120-B, 420, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the A.P. Gaming Act, 1974 and Section 20(b)(ii) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that A.3 and A.9 have passed away during the pendency of the trial. 4. Upon perusal of the record, it is evident that A.1 has been charged with offences under Sections 20(b)(ii) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The matter involves questions of fact that are required to be established before a competent court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the criminal petition at this stage. -3- CRL.P.
