The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 24.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No.233 of 2023, under Sections 109 (1), 352 & 351 (3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Saidpur, District-Ghazipur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed on 18.04.2025. He further prayed that writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy available to him under law. 4. Sri Sajjad Khan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 and learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of State have not disputed the aforesaid facts. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and the fact that investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed, we do not find any good reason to keep this petition pending for further adjudication. 6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjay Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Sajjad Khan Sachin Bind .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
