The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment on public utility land i.e. Gata No. 192, situated at Village Hariharpur, Pargana Mahadeva, Tehsil Tarabganj, District Gonda, which is recorded as Pasture Land (Charagah) in the revenue extract." 3. Learned Standing counsel based upon the instructions states that notice has already been issued to the encroachers and in case they do not vacate the land in question, proper proceedings shall be initiated. 4. Considering the said statement, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent authority to conclude the proceedings initiated by issuance of notice within a period of 90 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
