Learned State counsel makes a submission that the present writ petition has become infructuous as in the present matter, as per the progress report, the charge-sheet has been filed by the concerned Investigating Officer, whereby the present Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, Sri Chandra Dutt Pirsali S/o Sri Ram Krishan Pirsali and Smt. Vimla Devi W/o Sri Chandra Dutt Pirsali have been exonerated, whereas the charge-sheet that has been filed is against the accused Shailendra Singh, Uma Sisodia and Aarin Chaudhary under Sections 379, 420, 465, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC and is against the accused Amrish Gaur of Vivan Associates and present Petitioner No.1 Naveen Chandra Pirsali under Section 420 & 120-B of IPC; thus, nothing remains in the present matter. 5. In view of the statement made on behalf of the State counsel above, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
