This contempt application has been filed against the respondent no. 1 & 2 for contempt of order passed by this Court on 25.10.2024. Copy of the order has been served on the opposite parties on 05.11.2024. 2. By the order dated 25.10.2024, two months time was granted to the opposite parties to decide the representation filed by the applicant. 3. Hardly more than two months have been passed and the applicant has approached this Court. 4. In view of the above, this contempt application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the opposite parties again and it is expected that the opposite parties will comply with the order dated 25.10.2024. 5. It is further provided that in case, any cause survives to the applicant, he is at liberty to approach this Court again for his redressal of his grievance.
