GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the Preliminary notification Ref.G4/497/2019 dated 03.03.2020, issued by the respondent No.2 in Form – VI (a) under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, proposing to acquire the lands of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.9.53 Cents situated in Sy Nos.205/1b/2, 205/1b/3, 205/2A, 205/2B, 205/2C, 205/2D, 205/2E, 208-3a 208-3b, 208-4a, 208-4b, 210-1, 210-1a, 210-1b, 210-1c, 210-2a and 210-2b of Ramavaram Village, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District for the purpose of House sites to the poor under Navarathnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, this writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri. N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the Land Acquisition. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the RDO, Ramachandrapuram, dated 20.02.2025. A perusal of the same reveal that, a Withdrawal Notification under Section 93 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 was issued by the District Collector, East Godavari, Kakinada, in respect of the subject village as alternate land was identified. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The written instructions of the RDO, Ramachandrapuram, dated 20.02.2025 are placed on record. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
