The instant CRMP has been filed with the following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing No.64/2023 registered at Police Station Nawagarh, District Janjgir Champa, CG. for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506 read with 34 of IPC, consequent Charge Sheet bearing No.72/2023 dated 05.04.2023 emanating from the aforesaid FIR, order framing charge passed on 03.11.2023 and the proceedings of Criminal Case No.95/2023 parties being ‘State of C.G. vs. Surendra Sahu and others’ pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 3 / 3 Nawagarh, District Janjgir Champa, CG, in the ends of justice.” 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has pointed out that out of 08 prosecution witnesses, 04th statement is being recorded as on today. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, we do not find any good ground for quashing of the FIR bearing No.64/2023, registered at police station Nawagarh, District Janjgir-Champa, C.G. for commission of offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506 read with 34 of IPC; the charge-sheet bearing No.72/2023 dated 05/04/2023; order framing charge passed on 03.11.2023; and the proceedings of Criminal Case No.95/2023, as the trial is in progress. 6.
