Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.2 in S.C. No.360 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Anantapur, Anantapur District, for the alleged offence under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 56 of the Andhra Pradesh Chit Fund Act and Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the daughter of A.1 and A.3 and that the petitioner never involved in the alleged business conducted by A.1 and A.3. The only allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner received an amount of Rs.45,000/- into her account. Except for the statement of L.W.6, which alleges that the amount of Rs.49,800/- was deposited into the petitioner's account by PhonePe, there are no allegations against the petitioner. 4. Considering the same, the presence of the petitioner is dispensed with in S.C. No. 360 of 2023, subject to the petitioners submitting an undertaking to appear before the learned District Judge, as and when 3 directed for the purpose of trial. The learned District Judge may proceed with the trial as per the schedule, if any, already fixed. 5. With these observations, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
