Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners were arraigned as A.2, A.3, A.4 and A.5 in Crime No.36 of 2025 of Tadipatri Town Police Station, Anantapuramu District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 85, 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners 1 and 2 are the parents, petitioner No.3 is the sister of A.1; and petitioner No.4 is the husband of the 3rd petitioner. The learned counsel further submits that on account of marital disputes, the 2nd respondent filed a complaint against her husband and his family members and that the petitioners are staying away from A.1 and the 2nd respondent and the petitioners never interfered with the marital disputes between A.1 and the 2nd respondent. 4. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Station House Officer, Tadipatri Town Police Station, Anantapuramu District, is directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha -3- Sanhita, 2023, insofar as the petitioners/A.2 to A.5 are concerned, for the purpose of investigation in connection with Crime No.36 of 2025. 5.
