The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1974 of 2022, (State Vs. Shiv Kumar @ Shiva and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 760 of 2022, under Sections 392 and 411 of I.P.C., Police Station- Baradari, District- Bareilly, as well as non-bailable warrant order dated 24.07.2024 has been issued against the applicant, which is pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Court No. 1, Bareilly. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ bail application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
