The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "I- Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 (Commissioner, Moradabad Division, Moradabad) to decide the Appeal No.424 of 2023, Computerised Case No.C202313000000424 (Mithlesh Devi Versus State of U.P. and others) Under Section 13(1) of U.P. Essential Commodities Act within stipulated time." 4. The appeal of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2 and a direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appeal of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby provided that the respondent no.2-Commissioner, Moradabad Division, Moradabad shall decide the Appeal No.424 of 2023, Computerised Case No.C202313000000424 (Mithlesh Devi Versus State of U.P. and others), under Section 13(1) of U.P. Essential Commodities Act filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 7.
