The present 483 Cr.P.C. petition has been filed for a direction to learned Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya, Sandila, District Hardoi to expedite the proceedigns of criminal complaint case No. 743/2023, "Priyanshi Vs. Raj Kumar Yadav and another" filed under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the aforesaid complaint case on 09.08.2023 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. As per section 12 sub section (5) of of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, the complaint ought to have been decided within a period of 60 days from the date of its first hearing. It is prayed that the complaint may be expedited in view of Section 12(5) of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. In view of the submission(s) made on behalf of the petitioner and perusal of the record as also provisions of section 12 sub section (5) of of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalaya, Sandila, District Hardoi to make an endeavour to dispose of the complaint within the time as provided under the aforesaid section 12(5) of 2005 Act.
