Heard Sri Seshadri Goalla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Somaraju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3, and Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 1st respondent.
2. The above writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondents 2 and 3 in furnishing the information sought by the petitioner under the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005, as illegal and arbitrary.
3. The writ petition was listed on 21.03.2025 and thereafter on 28.03.2025 and adjourned at the request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions.

4. Today, when the matter is listed, Sri Somaraju, learned Assistant Government Pleader, would submit that the information sought by the petitioner has been dispatched to the petitioner by way of registered post.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished the copies of the information to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. A copy of the same is also submitted to the Court.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the same.
7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since the information sought by the petitioner is furnished, no further orders are required in the writ petition.
8. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
