Issue a suitable order or direction thereby direct to opposite party no. 1 to decide the Recall application dated 18.12.2024 with regard to restoration of C6 Temporary injunction application filed by the petitioners expeditiously within a stipulated time period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending recall application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
