Present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 21.12.2024 whereby the matter has been remanded for decision afresh on the impleadment application. 2. Considering the fact that the matter has been remanded, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. 3. It is, however, directed that the Court concerned shall decide the impleadment application afresh without being influenced by the observation of the revisional Court. 4.
