A copy of the said order is also provided to the counsel for petitioner today in Court. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 07.09.2024 in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
