On verifying the proceeding sheet, it is observed that, on 24.02.2025, as there was no representation for the petitioners, the matter was posted to 03.03.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 06.03.2025, though the matter was listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’, due to change of Roster, the matter was reopened. But none appeared for the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was directed to list on 13.3.2025 as a last chance for hearing and thereafter, the matter was listed on 27.03.2025. On that day, at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, adjourned the matter to 03.04.2025, and it was also made clear that no further time will be granted on that day. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, though conditional order passed that no further time will be granted, none appeared on their behalf. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
