HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NARENDRA SINGH DHADDHA Order 16/07/2025 This civil revision petition has been filed petitioners-defen- dants (for short 'the defendants') against the order dated 04.03.2021 passed by District Judge, Sawai Madhopur (for short 'the trial Court') in suit No. 33/2020, whereby the application filed by the defendants under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been dis- missed.
[2025:RJ-JP:26628] (2 of 2) [CR-95/2022] After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the defen- dants wants to withdraw the present civil revision petition. Permission, as sought for, is granted. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as with- drawn. However, the defendants will be at liberty to raise all the ob- jections, as raised in this petition, before the trial Court. The trial court is directed to frame issues on the basis of objections raised by them and decide the same in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
