Das, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 (Now Gunupur Municipality). 3. Learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 contended that during pendency of these Writ Petitions, not only the arrear holding tax as due and admissible has been paid by the Petitioners in the present batch of Writ Petitions, but also they are paying the current holding tax as due and admissible. 4. In view of such statement made by learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2, it is the view of this Court that the relief as claimed has become infructuous. 5.
