On 13.03.2024, the petitioners’ filed a representation to the official respondents but the said representation has not been considered so far, and the unofficial respondents are going on excavating the subject land. The petitioners have prayed for appropriate direction to the respondents. The Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4*^ respondent to dispose

of the representation filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
