The claim of the petitioner who is mother of the deceased under the Mukyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana has been rejected on the ground that the deceased who died in an accident did not have any agricultural holding in his name nor was he a Bataidar. The petitioner claims that grandfather of the deceased had holdings in his name and in the pleadings he has asserted that deceased used to work in the said field. However, there is no proof of it annexed with the writ petition. 3. Consideration of the issues raised would involve questions of fact that too disputed ones, therefore, writ jurisdiction is not the appropriate remedy. Petitioner may avail other remedies. 4.
