The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying Petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it is expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quashed entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.-2604 of 2024" State V/s Kunwar Mahmood and others" pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.-21, Sultanpur relating to the charge sheet No.-88 of 2004 dated 31/10/2004 in Case crime No.- 734 of 2004 U/s 354, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, P.S.- Kudwar District Sultanpur against the petitioners, contained as Annexure No.1 with the accompanying affidavit, in the interest of Justice." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to the applicants to seek discharge before the court concerned. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
